DEEEEELISH!

Absolutely delish! Loved the added touch of pumpkin squash. Flavor was great - I would like some heat but then my heat-o-meter is really high so I added my own. Spinach as a wonderful touch for flavor, color and texture. Only reason I gave it a 4-star is it could use more sauce. Had leftover dry rice and the last few bites were a little dry too. Extra sauce would have made this meal a perfect 5-star! Will buy this again and intend to try other meals too.
