Wish I liked tofu.

I loved everything except the tofu. I hope you can create the dish with out the tofu and sub in a different plant based protein. I want you to know It is me when it comes to the tofu. The only way I like tofu is when it is smaller in size and after being marinated with teriyaki and it has a skillet char to it. My son loves the tofu.
