    Tofu? Yes, please!

    I'm a newish vegan. It took a lot of getting used to tofu. The Tikka Masala is so flavorful, I forget all about the big cubes of tofu I'm eating. Truthfully, now I save a cube of tofu to pick up the last of the simmer sauce. So good!
